Q: Is I Am In NDIS-Registered?
Answer: Yes, we have been through an independent audit in 2022 and a mid-Term Audit in 2024 to become NDIS-registered. We are able to support any NDIS participant, whether you are Agency-managed, self-managed or plan-managed.
Q: What if I already have a Support Coordinator who isn’t really doing a great job for me?
Answer: As an NDIS participant, you have complete choice and control. If you want to give us a try, you don’t need to have a difficult conversation with your current Support Coordinator if you don’t want to. All you need to do is speak to us and we’ll communicate your wish to your existing Support Coordinator. The reverse applies too – if you’re unhappy with us, you can give us the flick at any time, with no notice period.
Q: Does I Am In sell any other NDIS services?
Answer: No. We only offer Level 2 Support Coordination, Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination, and ILO Exploration and Design.
