Support Coordination Services at I Am In

At I Am In, we provide independent, unconflicted Support Coordination that gives participants and their support networks confidence and control. Our role is to guide you through the NDIS, connect you with the right providers and help turn your plan into real outcomes. 

We are a team of dedicated, experienced Support Coordinators who are passionate about supporting participants and their support network. We take the time to understand each participant's goals and challenges so we can provide guidance that is clear, practical and focused entirely on what's best for them. 

We are the Support Coordinators you want in your corner - advocating for your goals, simplifying the complex and helping you make informed choices that truly work for your life. 

Role of a Support Coordinator

Our Support Coordinators work alongside you to:

  • Help you understand your NDIS Plan.

  • Connect you with the right supports and services.

  • Build your capacity to manage and made decisions about your supports.

  • Plan for unexpected situations or crises.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of your supports and manage your budget.

  • Design and maintain support strategies tailored to your goals.

  • Prepare reports and updates for the NDIA.

Registered vs Unregistered Support Coordinators

As a registered provider, I Am In meets all NDIS Commission standards and can support participants with NDIS-Managed Funding.
This means:
  • You can be confident in our quality, safety, and compliance.
  • We meet strict requirements to deliver support coordination across all level.

Support Coordination can look different depending on the participant's needs. At I Am In, we provide tailored support across all levels of Support Coordination, helping participants and their support networks get the right guidance and assistance.
