You have complete choice and control of who your NDIS providers are. If you want to give us a try, all you need to do is speak to us, and we can talk to your existing Support Coordinator and look after all the arrangements. The reverse applies too – if you’re not happy with us, you can cease services at any time, with no notice period.

We are a team of Support Coordinators that offer:

• Level 1 Support Coordination
• Level 2 Support Coordination 
• Level 3 Specialist Support Coordination

We only provide Support Coordination Services and we are really good at it!

If your NDIS Plan feels confusing, you are new to the NDIS, have multiple services and providers to manage or you just want extra support to get the best out of your funding, a Support Coordinator can help.

If Support Coordination is included in your NDIS Plan, it is fully funded by the NDIS under 'Capacity Building Supports' and you pay no out of pocket fees. We will guide you through how it works. 

If Support Coordination is not included in your NDIS Plan, you can pay privately for our services. We will talk about this in our first chat and discuss payment options with you. 

Our job is to build your confidence and skills so you can manage your plan independently and we will step back when you are ready and let us know you would like to stop using our services.

We support all of our client's right to choose who provides their NDIS supports and that includes us. If you no longer want us to provide Support Coordination Services, you just need to let us know and we will cease services immediately (no notice required).
